Refund Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026

LIANYU supplies industrial fencing, mesh, machine-guarding components and related products for cross-border business customers. Many orders are made to order, produced to selected specifications, packed for export, or customized for a particular project. For that reason, returns and cancellations are handled differently from ordinary consumer retail.

Before production or shipment

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the order status and advise what can still be changed. If production, customization, special procurement, packing, documentation or freight booking has already started, non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

Made-to-order and customized products

Customized, made-to-order, cut-to-size, specially finished, specially packed or otherwise project-specific products are generally not returnable for change-of-mind reasons after production has begun, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Damaged, defective or non-conforming goods

Please inspect the shipment promptly after receipt. If products appear damaged in transit, defective, short in quantity, or materially different from the written order confirmation, contact us promptly with the order number, affected quantity, photographs or video, packaging evidence and a description of the issue. Keep the goods and packaging available for inspection until we advise otherwise.

After review, an appropriate remedy may include replacement parts, repair, remake, credit, partial refund or refund, depending on the circumstances and the written sales terms. Do not return goods without our written return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping and third-party charges

For an approved return, responsibility for return freight, customs charges, bank fees and other third-party costs will depend on the reason for the return and the written agreement between the parties. Import duties, taxes and destination charges already paid to governments, carriers or other third parties may not be recoverable by LIANYU.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible, or another method agreed in writing. Processing time can vary by bank, payment provider and country.
