LIANYU ships industrial fencing, mesh, machine-guarding components and related products from China to international customers. Shipping arrangements depend on product dimensions, weight, packing method, quantity, destination, transport mode and the agreed Incoterm or written order terms.
Website product prices
Unless a product page, quotation or order confirmation expressly states otherwise, website product prices do not include international freight, import duties, VAT/GST, destination port or terminal charges, customs-clearance charges, or final local delivery at the destination.
Shipping quotations
For a shipping or landed-cost estimate, provide the destination country and city or postal/ZIP code together with the selected products and quantities. Freight and destination-cost estimates are based on the information and rates available when quoted and may change before booking because of carrier pricing, surcharges, exchange rates, port conditions, customs requirements or other external factors.
Origin and export preparation
Where stated on a product page or quotation, the product price may include an allowance for agreed China-side export preparation. The exact scope of packing, origin transport, documentation and port-related responsibilities is governed by the written quotation or order confirmation.
Incoterms and transfer of risk
An Incoterm applies only when it is expressly stated in the written quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation. Risk, cost allocation and delivery obligations follow the specifically agreed Incoterm and named place. Do not assume FOB, CIF, DDP or any other Incoterm unless it is confirmed in writing.
Production and dispatch timing
Many products are made to order. Production and dispatch estimates begin after order details, specifications and payment conditions are confirmed. Any lead time shown or quoted is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur due to production, raw materials, inspection, weather, carriers, customs, ports or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Import duties and taxes
Unless we explicitly agree in writing to a duty-paid or tax-paid delivery arrangement, the buyer is responsible for destination-country import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage and other local governmental or carrier charges. Buyers should verify local import requirements before ordering.
Inspection on arrival
Inspect packages and goods promptly after delivery. If there is visible freight damage or a quantity discrepancy, preserve the packaging and shipping evidence and contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier or claim process.
