Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the LIANYU Fencing & Mesh website and online store, operated by Chongqing Lianyu Metal Products Co., Ltd. (重庆联宇金属制品有限公司). By using the website, submitting an RFQ, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, product specification and other written terms specifically agreed for the transaction.

Products and information

We provide industrial fencing, mesh, machine-guarding components and related products. Website descriptions, drawings, photographs, weights, dimensions, packing data, prices, lead times and availability are intended to help buyers evaluate products. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and supplier or production variations may apply. Where exact specifications are critical, they must be confirmed in writing before production.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order, checkout request or payment does not override written project requirements or our need to confirm manufacturability, availability, destination and transaction terms. An order is subject to acceptance and may require clarification or written confirmation before production or shipment.

Prices, freight, duties and taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website prices exclude international freight, import duties, VAT/GST, destination charges and local delivery. Shipping, customs and landed-cost information may be estimated separately after the buyer provides destination and order details. Destination taxes and import charges are the buyer's responsibility unless a written quotation or order confirmation expressly provides otherwise.

Payment

Available payment methods and payment timing may vary by order, country and transaction size. Any bank charges, intermediary fees, currency-conversion costs or other payment charges are allocated as stated in the written order terms or, if not stated, are borne by the party charged by its own provider.

Custom and made-to-order goods

Many products are produced or packed to selected dimensions, finishes, quantities or project requirements. Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving the written specification before production. Changes requested after production begins may affect price and lead time and may not always be possible.

Suitability, safety and compliance

Industrial guarding products must be selected and installed for the specific machine, hazard, layout and jurisdiction. Unless LIANYU expressly provides a written project-specific engineering or compliance commitment, product information is not a substitute for the buyer's risk assessment, system design, safety-distance determination, guarding layout, interlock design, installation verification or local regulatory review. A reference to a standard or regulation does not by itself constitute certification or a guarantee of compliance.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping responsibilities, risk transfer and cost allocation follow the written quotation or order confirmation and any expressly stated Incoterm. Freight schedules and arrival dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Returns and claims

Returns, cancellations, transit-damage claims and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and any transaction-specific written agreement. Buyers should inspect delivered goods promptly and preserve relevant evidence for any claim.

Website use and intellectual property

Website content, including text, graphics, product organization, images owned by us and LIANYU branding, may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission except where permitted by law. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other logistics or technology providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability that we do not control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Transaction-specific warranties, remedies and liability allocations stated in a written quotation, contract or order confirmation take precedence over this general website provision.

Governing terms and disputes

The contracting party, governing law, dispute forum and any special commercial terms may be specified in the written quotation, contract, pro forma invoice or order confirmation. If such terms are not specified, the parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith business discussions, subject to the mandatory rules of any applicable jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the website applies to website use from its effective date; accepted orders remain subject to the transaction terms agreed for that order.
