SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

LIANYU Fencing & Mesh is operated by Chongqing Lianyu Metal Products Co., Ltd. (重庆联宇金属制品有限公司).
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how international and domestic shipping is handled for products purchased from or quoted by LIANYU.
1. Shipping Model
LIANYU supplies industrial fencing, wire mesh, machine-guarding products, doors, posts, connectors, hardware and related products.
Because these products vary significantly in size, weight, quantity, packing method and destination, international shipping is normally calculated separately from the displayed product price.
For standard products, customers may select specifications and quantities on the website and add them to the cart. We then use the selected products and destination information to prepare a freight quotation or estimated landed-cost calculation.
2. What the Displayed Product Price Includes
Unless otherwise stated, the displayed product price covers:
- the listed product configuration; and
- a China-side export preparation allowance associated with the product.
The displayed product price does not automatically represent the total delivered cost to the customer's destination.
3. Costs Normally Not Included in the Displayed Product Price
Unless expressly included in a written quotation or order confirmation, website product prices do not include:
- international ocean, rail, air or courier freight;
- import duties or tariffs;
- VAT, GST, sales tax or similar destination-country taxes;
- customs-clearance charges;
- destination-port or terminal charges;
- customs brokerage;
- destination storage, inspection or demurrage charges;
- local delivery after arrival;
- destination-country permits or regulatory charges; or
- other third-party destination charges.
These amounts are calculated separately where applicable.
4. Small Shipment Handling
Some export-related costs are charged per shipment rather than per product.
For small orders, additional shipment-level costs may apply, including:
- export packing;
- consolidation;
- China-side handling;
- documentation;
- warehouse or CFS charges;
- customs-declaration support; and
- other origin logistics costs.
We will identify these charges where relevant before the shipment is confirmed.
5. Freight Quotation
To calculate freight, we may request:
- selected product(s);
- specifications or SKU;
- quantity;
- destination country;
- city and ZIP/postal code; or
- destination port.
Depending on the shipment, we may also request company details, delivery requirements, unloading conditions or other logistics information.
Freight quotations are based on the information available at the time of quotation.
6. Estimated Landed Cost
Where requested and reasonably possible, LIANYU may provide an estimated landed-cost calculation.
An estimated landed cost may include some or all of the following:
- product value;
- export packing;
- China-side logistics;
- international freight;
- estimated import duty;
- estimated VAT/GST or other taxes;
- destination handling; and
- local delivery.
Any landed-cost figure described as an estimate is for planning purposes unless expressly confirmed as a fixed written quotation.
Final charges may differ because of customs classification, government decisions, carrier charges, exchange rates, inspections, port charges or other third-party costs.
7. Shipping Methods
Depending on shipment size, weight, urgency and destination, products may be shipped by:
- international express or courier;
- air freight;
- LCL sea freight;
- FCL sea freight;
- rail freight where available; or
- other agreed logistics arrangements.
The most economical shipping method depends on the specific order.
8. Shipping Terms and Incoterms
The applicable shipping responsibilities will be stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation or sales contract where relevant.
Where an Incoterm and named place are expressly stated in the transaction documents, that agreed term will determine the allocation of applicable transport costs, risks and responsibilities.
Do not assume that a website product price represents DDP, delivered-duty-paid or door-to-door delivery unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.
9. Production and Dispatch Time
Many LIANYU products are made to order or prepared according to the selected specification and quantity.
Production or dispatch time may begin only after the required conditions are satisfied, including where applicable:
- order confirmation;
- receipt of payment or deposit;
- specification confirmation;
- drawing approval;
- quantity confirmation; and
- material availability.
Production and dispatch dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
10. Transit Time
International transit times are estimates.
Actual transit times can be affected by:
- carrier schedules;
- vessel or flight availability;
- customs clearance;
- port congestion;
- inspections;
- weather;
- strikes;
- government actions;
- peak-season capacity;
- force majeure; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee a delivery date unless a specific written guarantee has been agreed.
11. Customs and Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for complying with destination-country import requirements.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information needed for customs clearance and import procedures.
Where LIANYU provides HS-code suggestions, duty estimates or customs information, such information is provided for reference unless formally confirmed for the specific shipment.
Final customs classification and treatment may be determined by the relevant customs authority.
12. Delivery and Inspection
Customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery.
If packaging or goods appear damaged, customers should:
- record the condition upon delivery where possible;
- take photographs and/or video of the shipment;
- retain the packaging;
- retain shipping and delivery documents; and
- contact LIANYU promptly.
Damage, shortage or non-conformity claims will be reviewed according to the order documents and our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
13. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or changed delivery information may be charged to the customer where reasonably applicable.
14. Split Shipments
Where commercially appropriate, an order may be shipped in more than one shipment.
Split shipment arrangements and any related cost allocation will be confirmed where relevant.
15. Shipping Restrictions
We may decline or delay shipment where:
- export or import restrictions apply;
- sanctions or trade-control restrictions apply;
- the destination cannot be served commercially;
- required information is incomplete;
- the shipment presents an unacceptable legal or compliance risk; or
- carriers refuse or restrict the shipment.
